**About us**
We are a travelling paint group with several years of experience in the industry, working on large commercial settings. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for energetic individual with an interest in leadership roles and personal development.
Currently, looking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic **Executive Assistant** for a hybrid full-time position in our Etobicoke office.
Our work environment includes:
- Work-from-home days
**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Assist in organizing and executing company events, training and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Social media account management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Order, pickup, and delivery of parts, packages, and materials to/from locations within the GTA
- Daily office work required from Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to project sites within GTA
- Other duties as required
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Front desk or customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient in English
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
