Digital Marketing Specialist

Eastside Dodge is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for various tasks ranging from inventory management to digital marketing strategy development. In addition, they will assist with IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Check inventory for units requiring photography, ensuring availability and appropriate stage for photography.
- Schedule photography for both new and used inventory.
- Create daily inventory descriptions for both new and used inventory, utilizing online resources.
- Monthly and daily pricing updates for vehicle inventory.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Utilize Google My Business account for social media posting and keeping up-to-date with Google Products.
- Manage lead sources across platforms like Kijiji, Auto Trader, website, and Google Analytics.
- Create daily social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Google, utilizing various sources including manufacturer resources and dealership photos.
- **IT Management**:
- Modify existing accounts for current employees as necessary, providing support for password resets and account issues.
- **Website Management**:
- Update and maintain website banners, ensuring timely updates and removal of outdated content.
- Utilize manufacturer portal to access current brand promotions and update website graphics accordingly.
- Maintaining and decoding website inventory
- **Graphic Design**:
- Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to create graphics and videos for promotional purposes.
- Independently work on brand shoots to capture and edit photos/videos, ensuring high-quality visual content.
- Creating and printing large-scale promotional material
- **Campaign Management**:
- Develop successful digital marketing strategies for client campaigns and webinars.
- Launch marketing and talent solutions campaigns, supporting the build of brand awareness strategies.
- Retrieve and analyze critical customer data, assisting with onboarding and training of new sales employees.
- **Other Duties**:
- Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Integrate daily data into reports to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or digital support.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms, analytics, and user testing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with graphic design tools and content creation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
