**The Opportunity**
**The Role**
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing and account-based marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to support the generation of a robust marketing pipeline and efficiently track and scale marketing funnel objectives.
- Collaborate, support and advise cross-functional teams, including sales, business unit leads, product partners, and technical specialists, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing content and engagement strategies.
- Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
- Use multiple media tools, channels, mechanisms (graphics, photos, videos, clips, etc.) to effectively communicate our message and take a highly proactive and current approach to communicating with digital and social assets.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, presentations and blog posts.
- Provide internal teams with necessary tools and resources, maintain a library of sales enablement assets and conduct regular training sessions.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity. Ensure consistency and compliance of all marketing materials across all channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital communications, accessibility standards, and web content creation.
- Work collaboratively with agencies, contractors and other partners as needed.
**Your Qualifications: Education, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Background in both digital and traditional marketing with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles, preferably in a B2B, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving measurable results, and achieving KPIs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly across various channels.
- Proficiency in modern marketing strategies, including multi-channel communication, strategy, and execution.
- Hands-on working experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics and account-based marketing software (HubSpot, Microsoft D365, preferred).
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing programs (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Canva), content management tools (WordPress), and digital asset management tools, is considered an asset.
- Experience coordinating online and offline events, including webinars, podcasts, customer events and trade shows.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful and organized, with exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a group and independently motivated with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to assist with ad-hoc marketing projects as required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
