About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Digital Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, liaising with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly strategy sessions with clients to align their digital marketing goals with our services.
- Strategically plan deliverables with clients to drive results and meet their business objectives.
- Proactively serve client needs and business objectives through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with our operations teams to measure progress and get results that exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust, expertise, and exceptional service.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients by providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive their digital marketing success.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients through regular updates and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for new business growth with existing clients and implement strategies to drive revenue expansion.
- Forecast and track key account metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Google Docs or MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant field.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
