**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Shift and Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 20-40 hours per week with a hybrid work schedule. Some travel may be required for events.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- **Market Research & Strategy**: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.
- **Design**: Collaborate with the design team and utilize Photoshop, Adobe XD, or equivalent software to adjust and re-purpose assets when necessary.
- **SEO**: Work with our contracted SEO consultant to implement and refine strategies that optimize web content and boost engagement.
- **Social Media**: Manage social accounts, create posts, and track engagement metrics to monitor success.
- **Landing Page Design**: Utilize no-code tools to design landing pages that complement SEO and PPC campaigns, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
- **Conversion Optimization**: Continuously update landing pages, refine conversion funnels, and optimize call-to-actions (CTAs) for maximum impact.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- A portfolio showcasing campaign successes and key learnings from challenges
- Proficiency in Meta ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience optimizing campaign performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive and PowerPoint)
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Experience in healthcare, dietetics, or nutrition
- Passion for health, wellness, longevity, and chronic illness prevention
