Associate Manager, Customer Promotions Tests

**What you’ll do**
- Leveraging Customer Data + Environics Data + Geo Data to create test scenarios to optimize flyer reach and depth
- Lead the print flyer depth optimization initiative.
- A nalyzing large sets of data to identify opportunities, crafting a cohesive story from the data and providing recommendations for testing
- Partner with experimentation team to gain actionable insights and a pply learnings to future tests that get greater in scope
- Evolve the print with digital distribution equation for all banners through a test & learn leveraging One Customer data and analytics to identify drivers allowing shift of volumes/tactics both physical and digital channels by region, season, etc...
- Collaborate with Digital team to create the most effective digital campaign for print with digital tests
- Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal partners to provide update on testing program and results
- Participate and share ideas in brainstorming sessions
- Act as change/innovation agent. Challenge the status quo, and evolve team process into what works best for all

**What you bring**
- Strong business acumen with 4-6 years of experience in a merchandising/analytical/consulting role, with proven delivery of results. Previous experience with Marketing, Loyalty, or Promotional Planning an asset
- Engineering, Business or Financial degree
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to use data to make informed decision
- Consumer and customer focus
- Background making decisions based on consumer insights and data analysis
- Successful experience working with cross functional team
- Strong drive for collaboration and alignment in a team atmosphere;
- Superb consultative and influencing skills and proven ability to adjust communication style and approach based on the audience
