**Your Role**: Associate Account Manager, Client Services

**Position Overview**: The Associate Account Manager will play an instrumental role in sustaining BOSS Promotions' reputation for unparalleled client service, ensuring that every client's brand story is effectively and creatively told through our products and services. Acting as a driving force behind our commitment to impeccable client service, this position assists in nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their brand story is told effectively through our range of products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist Account Managers in building and nurturing client relationships.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate in the creation and preparation of client proposals, ensuring alignment with their brand and goals.

**2. Product Research & Sourcing**:

- Support in the identification and sourcing of products that align with client requests and proactively seeking items that embody our client’s brand essence.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the promotional products industry to make informed recommendations.
- Take direction from the Account Managers and Account Director in the preparation of client proposals and RFP responses.

**3. Operational Support**:

- Assist in managing and overseeing the delivery and execution of client projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments, like warehousing and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

**4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement**:

- Regularly gather and relay client feedback to improve our offerings and service.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Complete follow-ups with clients on completed jobs.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Customer Satisfaction team to ensure all client touchpoints are addressed with care and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, marketing, and design teams when necessary to provide a holistic service to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer support, sales, or account management role is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of BOSS Promotions' products and services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to exceed client expectations.
