The main office is supported administratively by the Controller, Administrative Supervisor and an Administrative Assistant. This role of Administrative Assistant position includes a specialized focus on Finance. The basic function of administration is to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the office by assisting in the day-to-day running of the office. Primary functions are related to finance and administrative tasks aimed at supporting in maximizing workflow

Main responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Screening calls and routing to the appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist visitors
- Process and record vendor invoices and credits into construction ERM
- Maintain accounts payable sub-ledger
- Processing of vendor payments
- Maintaining employee visa reconciliations
- Reconcile incoming payments
- File management
- Assist with other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Office Administration program, Accounting Program or equivalent

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment relating to account payables and general office administration
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast pace office environment.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Must possess a high level of moral judgment for handling confidential information and monetary transactions.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- The physical requirements are sitting (90%) of the time at a desk and a majority of that time will be utilizing a PC.
- The body must perform the normal duties of twisting, reaching and the hand movements to write and answer the telephone.
- May be required to do some light lifting when receiving deliveries up to 25 pounds.
