Reporting to the Chief - Administration, the Administration Coordinator is mainly responsible for supporting the administration of the fly-in fly-out program. The position incumbent is also responsible for clerical duties related to all other administration activities at the corporate office. This position requires occasional travelling to the company mine site located in northern Quebec but is based at our corporate head-office in downtown Montreal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) travel program (approx. 500 employees and contractors)
- Analyze travel numbers prior to every changeover and coordinate with TSMC health deptt for clearance of employees to travel & airlines the type and number of aircrafts required to fulfill travel requirement with most cost-effective travel plan
- Track all department expenditures and prepare monthly value of work (VOW) report and provisions
- Prepare monthly operation review presentation for Admin department
- Prepare sanctions requests for large contracts
- Complete purchase requisitions and service entries in SAP
- Ensure certificate of insurances are received and up to date for all charter contracts
- Work closely with Logistics department to coordinate shipment of cargo on company charters
- Coordinate COVID-19 testing for all FIFO employees and contractors
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to book emergency travel
- Any other duties assigned by the Chief - Administration

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- College degree in Administration or relevant educational background
- Relevant experience in travel coordination or administration is an asset
- Experience in a service environment preferred
- Strong computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- knowledge of SAP considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Capacity to work flexible schedules (evenings and weekends) to book emergency travel
