Travel Services Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
Under the supervision of the Director, People and Culture, the Travel Services Coordinator is responsible for operating and offering a reservation and travel information service for PixMob staff. As part of this mandate and in collaboration with the external agency, this person must offer an internal travel service that is efficient and can respond to a growing volume of business travel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement travel policies, procedures and processes;- Conduct research and price comparisons and check the availability and quality of travel options like flights, hotels and car rentals to get the best rates and accommodations;- Make all reservations required for company business travel;- Manage relationships with the travel agency and be the point of contact for reservations;- Validate employees' travel needs and propose the best possible itineraries to ensure their comfort while ensuring the best prices.- Provide advice and assistance for complex or large travel requests;- Produce regular reports on travel expenses and trends for the travel section using data and records for continuous improvement;- Conduct training sessions for employees on travel policies and best practices to help them understand and follow travel guidelines;- Be the point of contact for employees in the event of an emergency;- Actively participate in the Work Permit request process.- Perform all administrative tasks related to the position.

**Qualifications**:
- Bilingualism- DEC (College Degree) in administration or tourism techniques- 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel booking industry, including at least one in business- In-depth knowledge of travel reservation systems, online travel portals and travel management tools.-
- Have a strong sense of customer service.- Ability to quickly and effectively address and resolve travel-related issues or emergencies.- Detail-oriented, structured and able to work under pressure during busy periods
