Key points/ Highlights: An administrative coordinator, PCO or project coordinator with a major administrative component will be considered for this position.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in preparing executive reports.
- Admin Coordinator in a large program or Department.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office product (ie Excel)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer service oriented
- Bilingue : Anglais 5/5

Job description:

- Oversee recruitment and renewal of consultant contracts.
- Create and maintain SAP PO and HR profiles for contingent workforce and managed service consultants.
- Support and enforce SAP timesheets and time approval, ensure corrections are completed, reconciliation between systems, and support users.
- Onboarding (recruitment, accesses, IT training, certifications)
- Manage SharePoint site.
- Enter invoices for expense and travel management.
- Request cross-charges as required.
- Maintain SAP Data (adhoc)
- Manage Vendor relationships.
- CWS Policies, processes, and guidelines
