**YOUR MISSION**

As a coordinator within the Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Cirque du Soleil's operations by optimizing the adoption of our procurement policy and travel program. Your primary objectives will be to assist our procurement team, specifically our Travel Senior Advisor in promoting and reinforcing these initiatives.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Working closely withour team’s advisors to support the operations related to procurement, including business and group travel;
- Monitoring and auditing the performance of the agreements in place;
- Preparing reports and presentations of our spend and buying trends;
- Creating purchase orders to support the requests of the touring shows and others teams;
- Negotiating terms and conditions with selected vendors;
- Monitoring the relationship with suppliers, including the billing and payment process;
- Participating in business reviews with our vendors;
- Participating in administrative tasks related to procurement and travel (including but not limited to concur administration and customer service);
- Supporting the Travel Senior Advisor in the sourcing of lodging and other services’ suppliers (market research, benchmarking, preparing and conducting Requests for proposals, analyzing the offers and making recommendations);
- Preparing and broadcasting communications regarding the procurement and travel policies.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in procurement and/or travel management;
- Strong knowledge of Excel;
- Experience with Concur and/or Serrala and SAP S4;
- Experience with PO creation;
- Knowledge of the travel industry and/or entertainment industry;
- Knowledge of billing and payment processes, an asset;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Analytical ability and attention to detail;
- Strong proficiency in French and English and excellent communication skills;
- Great autonomy.
