Event Planner and Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Event Planner and Sales** professional to join our team. As an integral part of our events department, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing successful events while also driving sales and business growth.
**Responsibilities**
**Event Planning and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for events.
- Organize logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and decor.
- Ensure seamless execution of events within specified timeframes.
- Manage event details such as invitee lists, special guests, and promotional materials.
- Comply with legal, health, and safety requirements.
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify sales opportunities related to events and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events.
**Project Management**:
- Be able to Multi-task.
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
- Proactively troubleshoot any issues during events.
- Conduct pre
- and post-event evaluations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an **Events Planner or Organizer**.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Sales acumen and the ability to build productive business relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
