**We are looking for**:
A Master Planner to develop and execute Plant Production Plans and a Master Schedule that depicts an 18 Month S&OP Horizon view of Supply and Rough Cut Capacity for the site. This activity will include the effective optimization management of materials and inventory levels required to meet those plans.

**We count on you for**:

- Define, manage and coordinate Site Supply Reviews, project inventories up to M+12 for the Business line (Welland production site, toller, and replenishment flows), identify the supply constraints for the products families in scope, including those caused by equipment capacity or raw materials constraints. Maintains Score cards and Capacity heatmaps
- Contribute inputs to the Business Sales & Operations Planning Processes (S&OP), by elevating to the business the supply constraints, building scenarios and providing reports
- When required, lead sales control process for products manufactured at Welland
- Manage the intermediate and finished goods inventory for specific businesses and control and analyze the status of the inventories and their valuation
- Maintain updates about Supply Chain domain
- Keep updated about relevant technological or technical developments, within own domain of expertise and assess their potential use for the plant and business
- Deploy strategy, policies and standards for SC planning processes
- Contribute to the definition of supply chain planning processes and procedures
- Improve Planning & Scheduling processes
- Lead or contribute to projects to improve the SC Planning processes and procedures
- Participate to projects to improve Planning performance and site capacity optimization
- Manage and coordinate with internal and external partners
- Discuss and resolve with Business and Sales important issues affecting Supply Chain Planning
- Act as key user for the own organization regarding the ERP and planning systems

**You will bring**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in planning working for a manufacturing organization
- Team player with ability to interact effectively across functions and reporting lines, strong collaboration skills (building the best possible plan, as well as facilitating execution of the plan), ability to proactively tackle issues and challenge the status quo to find the best solution
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in SAP systems, Finite Planning tool (similar to Aspen) and any APS systems
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to manage, forecast activities in swaps, tolling activities, considering contractual settings, regulations, costs and inventory management
- Operational knowledge of import and export regulations, C-TPAT, AEO, etc.
- Ability to adequately plan and optimize production and storage capacities using appropriate tools (TCO - total cost of ownership), including working capital management
- The ability to design, implement and optimize a production and physical distribution network, relying on an updated knowledge of the domain
- Understanding financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control
- The ability to structure technical-economical plans and to define and lead projects
