Quality Office Administrator

**Description**:
The Quality Office Administrator contributes to the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our quality assurance department and overall office.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Scanning and filing
- Distribute Drawings
- Turnover Package Development
- Data Entry
- Book Tabs
- MTR retrieval and filing
- Document Control within the Quality Department
- Project Reporting
- Print and distribute shop fabrication drawings.
- Provide support to visitors.
**Experience and other requirements**:
- Bluebeam proficient
- Familiar with Isometrics and General Arrangements
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within a Team Environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with quality documentation and reports
- Works independently with a “can do” positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in a shop/warehouse environment occasionally.
- Assist in other Departments as required.

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
