Job Summary

GladdenWorld Education Consultants ltd. is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and overseeing the office's daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in administration and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures and review/evaluate existing ones
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks
- Train staff members on new procedures and technologies

Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- High school graduation certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
