Administrative Officer: Office Operations Specialist

GURBAKSH HOLDING LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to oversee office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment with a focus on customer service and quality
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Please note that this is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.
