Regional Sales Manager

SACO is a leader in innovative dynamic lighting, LED video displays, media solutions and controls. Our expertise is applied in a variety of remarkable projects worldwide ranging from architectural lighting, to multimedia art installations, to music touring experiences for top artists.

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team.

**Location TBD**: (Montreal CA - New York US - Boston US - Texas US - Illinois US - California US)

Tasks
- Develop and manage customers, agent and distributors, with a focus on the USA/Canadian market;
- Prepare quotations and follow-up;
- Ensure that all projects are properly handled by the sales team;
- Ensure that all projects are properly registered;
- Organize and manage all project supporting documents;
- Coordinate with internal technical department to setup and deliver technical data such as specification sheets, approval drawings and visualizations;
- Prepare monthly reports and cross reference with sales targets;
- Provide order acknowledgements, estimated delivery dates etc.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Have working knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel;
- Excellent English both written and spoken;
- Excellent understanding of project flow processes;
- Ability to create Keynote and Power Point presentation;
- Good understanding of CRM systems;
- Excellent organization skills;
- Independent and Flexible;
- Good ability to Multitask and tolerance to stress;
- Result driven.

Responsable des Ventes Régionales

Nous recherchons actuellement d’un Responsable des Ventes Régionales pour joindre l’équipe des Ventes.

**Lieu de travail à déterminer**: Montréal CA - New York US - Boston US - Texas US - Illinois US - California US

Tâches
- Développer et gérer les clients, agents et distributeurs, en se concentrant sur le marché Américain / Canadien;
- Préparer des devis et suivis;
- S'assurer que tous les projets sont correctement gérés par l'équipe de vente;
- S'assurer que tous les projets sont correctement enregistrés;
- Organiser et gérer tous les documents justificatifs des projets;
- Coordonner avec le service technique interne la configuration et la fourniture des données techniques telles que les fiches techniques, les dessins d'approbation et les visualisation;
- Préparer des rapports mensuels et des références croisées avec les objectifs de vente;
- Fournir les accusés de réception de commande, les dates de livraison estimées, etc.

Qualités requises
- Détenir 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Avoir une onnaissance pratique de MS Office, Word et Excel;
- Maîtriser l'anglais écrit et parlé;
- Démontrer une compréhension des processus de flux de projet;
- Compétence en création de discours liminaires et de présentations PowerPoint;
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM);
- Excellentes compétences d'organisation;
- Autonome et flexible;
- Bonne capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et tolérance au stress;
- Axé sur les résultats.
