Administrative Assistant

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Type, file, and maintain documents and records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies / product inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Assist with customer support inquiries as needed
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM management software considered an asset
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Experience working at a front desk or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
