**Reports to**: Executive Director
The Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues (EFCL) is a not-for-profit organization that supports the city’s 162 Community Leagues. Our mission is to engage, develop and connect Edmonton Community Leagues as they build healthy neighbourhoods.
**Position Summary**: The Administrative Assistant assists the public with general inquiries, membership sales and the EFCL’s equipment rental program. They provide administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient work environment. The Administrative Assistant also provides support to the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director and other staff members, as well as the EFCL’s equipment rental program. The Administrative Assistant works within the guidelines, policies and mission of the organization, and will be accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned.
**Working Environment**: This position works in person in the EFCL office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 7.5 hours per day. Some additional hours may be required depending on the needs of the organization.

**Duties and responsibilities**
**Reception**
- Cultivate relationships with League members
**Administration**
- Maintain administration filing system
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, the Deputy Executive Director and EFCL staff
- Record minutes for EFCL committee meetings
- Coordinate work of administrative volunteers
- Other administration duties as required
**Membership**
- **Provide support to the public on membership purchases**:
- Reconcile monthly membership dues
- Manage the membership supply ordering process
- Act as a liaison with partner organizations who sell memberships
**Operations Support**.
- Manage the Community League Day kit program
- Prepare monthly payout reports for online membership sales
- Maintain the list of up to date Community League executives/board members
**Equipment Rental**
- Assist non-profit organizations to use the equipment rental program.
- Manage the administrative portal for the equipment rental program
- Reconcile monthly rentals and prepare reporting
**Salary**: $43,800.00-$47,625.00 per year
