As a Sales professional at Magna you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts (calling, emailing, prospecting and booking calls), recruitment projects (sourcing, recruiting, candidate management), driving revenue growth (KPIs), and expanding our market presence - and at the same time working on servicing our current customers. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.

Book Meetings: Fill up the calendar daily with new appointments

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Market Research : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve and achieve goals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, lead generation, and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Recruitment: Interviewing, screening, sourcing, and headhunting candidates for your openings to ensure each new job order gets filled quickly.

Administration and Project Management: Working in excel, google sheets, and data extraction is part of this job, so you have to be ok with working for long period of times in-front of a computer

Requirements:

  • Previous exp in sales, consulting or professional services
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite and mid management is required
  • Can write incredibly well -- sales copy, RFPs, proposals
  • Strong desire to win and close business.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and maintain energy and enthusiasm over long periods.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members - Email, phone and text
  • Strategic Thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about business growth.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Compensation:

  • Attractive salary and commission structure - 50-90K + Commission + Bonus
