About the Role:
As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth for Sales Talent Agency. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in digital marketing and retail flyer sales. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, industry events, and presentation decks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, key decision-makers, and influential stakeholders to address their specific needs and educate them on the value proposition of our services.
- Prepare and present customized business proposals to current and potential clients, with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, forecast revenues, and provide regular activity reports to senior management.
- Build customer-specific business plans on an annual basis and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of marketing and sales collateral, as well as the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Manage accounts to client satisfaction and generate reports on key sales metrics for senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in digital marketing and retail flyer sales.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional content solutions, as well as social media platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and work independently.
