Territory Account Manager/ Hospital Sales Representative

Location and Travel:
- 100% remote, with a focus on the province of Quebec (Candidate must be located in the East of Canada)
- Travelling is expected (1-2 administrative days to start with)
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with hospital clients, hospitals, and purchasing groups ensuring their needs are met and promoting the company’s injectable products.
- Ensure excellent customer service to customers, purchasing groups, and other partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration within hospitals.
- Travel regularly to visit hospitals across the province of Quebec to foster relationships and close sales.
- Define growing strategies for the products and for potential markets.
- Analyse market trends to proactively target markets.
- Perform sales tracking.
- Coordinate marketing efforts on products (promotional material, etc.).
- Get involved in subsidiary implementation.
- Support the team, as required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French, as the role is based in Quebec.
- Applicable diploma in administration, sales, or marketing (university degree and/or pertinent experience).
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets with excellent negotiation skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer account management or related position.
- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within the hospital market.
Ideal candidate profile
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- A strong network within the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals.
- Dynamic and customer-service oriented.
- Capable of managing several projects at the same time with a good capacity for time management and establishing priorities.
- Knowledge of usual software (ex: Word, Excel, etc.).
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English, in writing and verbally).
