Defined Contribution Pension Plan with a 3% Basic Company contribution.Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance.This position is remote within Ottawa *** After initial training period.Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful partnership.Ascertains market opportunities and market sales data.Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel.Successful experience in Business Development and Sales.CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.Current commercial or residential HVAC sales experience.Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.-
