Soutien Administratif et Gestion des Documents
Assistance à la Direction : Assister la direction dans les opérations quotidiennes et les tâches administratives.
Révision et Traduction de Documents : Réviser, traduire et mettre en page des documents administratifs et techniques.
Gestion de la Correspondance : Traiter les requêtes de la boîte de courriel d’information générale et gérer la correspondance par courrier et via le site web de l’entreprise.
Production de Rapports : Produire des rapports administratifs en assurant la précision et la conformité aux standards de qualité.
Vérification et Mise en Forme des Documents : Vérifier et corriger les documents en utilisant Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint pour garantir leur qualité.
Saisie de Données et Contrôle Documentaire
Saisie de Données : Entrer les données dans diverses plateformes et applications de manière précise.
Contrôle Documentaire : Agir en tant qu’assistant(e) pour la gestion du contrôle des documents.
Préparation de Présentations et Rapports : Mettre en page des documents complexes, rapports et résumés techniques.
Communications pour les Clients : Préparer et réviser les communications pour les clients, y compris lettres, graphiques, supports visuels techniques, montages photo, tableaux et extraction de données PDF.
Formulaires Électroniques et Enregistrements : Remplir des formulaires électroniques et gérer l’enregistrement de l’entreprise dans diverses bases de données clients.
Mise à Jour de Documents : Tenir à jour les documents d’organigramme et les documents de projet.
Coordination d'Événements et Support de Bureau
Accueil pour Réunions : Organiser les réunions, incluant la commande de repas, la préparation des salles et des boissons.
Support à la Réception : Assurer des tâches de réception au besoin.

Formation : Diplôme en bureautique ou formation académique connexe (collégiale ou universitaire).
Bilinguisme : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais pour les communications d’affaires.
Compétences en Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise experte de la suite MS Office avec une facilité à apprendre divers logiciels de productivité.

Administrative Support and Document Management
Management Assistance : Support management with daily operations and administrative tasks.
Document Review and Translation : Revise, translate, and format administrative and technical documents.
Correspondence Management : Handle the company’s general information email and manage correspondence through mail and the company website.
Report Production : Prepare administrative reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with RCV standards.
Document Verification and Formatting : Verify and correct documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Data Entry and Document Control
Data Entry : Input data into various platforms and applications accurately.
Document Control Support : Act as a document control assistant, managing document organization and archival.
Presentation and Report Preparation : Format complex presentation documents, reports, and technical summaries.
Client Communications : Prepare and review business communications for clients, including letters, charts, technical visual aids, photo editing, tables, and PDF data extraction.
Project and Org Chart Maintenance : Keep organizational charts and project documents up to date.
Event and Office Coordination
Office Supplies : Order employee business cards and nameplates as needed.
Reception Support : Assist at the reception desk when necessary.

Education : Diploma in office administration or related formal academic training (college or university).
Bilingual : Proficient in French and English for business communications.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Technical Skills : Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn and master various productivity software.
