We’re seeking a motivated Office Administrator to help manage and streamline our office operations.

**The Role**:As the Office Administrator for our Montréal office, you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing onboarding and training, providing tech support, analyzing data, and handling various other tasks.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Onboarding & Training**: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up orientations and facilitating initial training sessions to ensure a smooth start for new team members as well as keeping up with their progression.
- **Tech Support**: Provide tech support for office staff, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that all office technology and systems are running smoothly and working hand in hand with our tech and data team at our NY headquarters.
- **Data Analysis**: Perform data analysis related to office operations and generate reports. Use insights to help improve office efficiency and support management decisions.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage a range of administrative duties, such as organizing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in office administration or a similar role. Experience with onboarding, training, and tech support is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in data analysis and familiar with office technology and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a variety of tasks effectively. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Starting at $50,000 CAD annually
- **Bonuses**: Performance-based bonuses for exceptional work
