Office Assistant/administrator

We are looking for an Office Assistant/Secretary Administrator who will provide quality and efficient administrative support on a wide range of daily tasks. This person will be reliable, professional and an outgoing person to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Answer incoming calls
- Placing orders with suppliers/Data entry
- Daily office organization
- Open/Close log cases received/send out and other office work
**Requirements**:
- Need to have knowledge and be computer savvy with Microsoft Office
- Ability to assess and prioritize workload
- Bilingual in both French and English
- Salary commensurate with experience.
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
