Inside Sales Account Manager

Position title: Inside Sales Account Manager
Reports to:Inside Sales Team Lead
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Maintain existing customer account base – order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality.
- Account development – order history, product knowledge, SLA’s, inventory, sales performance, cost to serve, inbound lead qualification
- Competitive landscape – market trends including pricing, products, delivery schedules, service platforms, etc.
Key Skill Sets:
- Understanding of customer requirements
- Time management
- Team collaboration
- Systems knowledge
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to leverage technology, where appropriate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experience:
- Experience working in a CRM such as salesforce.com
- Prior Export Experience
- Bilingual (English, French and Spanish) capabilities a plus
