En tant qu'Adjoint Administratif, vous serez en charge de la gestion des demandes des clients, de la mise à jour des dossiers clients et de la résolution des problèmes des clients. Vous aurez également la responsabilité de suivre les comptes des clients et de prendre les mesures appropriées.Responsabilités:• Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes, y compris les e-mails, les appels téléphoniques et le courrier;• Gérer les tâches administratives, telles que le classement, la génération de rapports et de présentations, la préparation pour les réunions et le réapprovisionnement des fournitures;• Fournir un soutien en temps réel pour la planification en réservant des rendez-vous et en évitant les conflits;• Effectuer des activités de comptabilité, telles que la facturation et le suivi des dépenses;• Faire des suivis par rapports au service à la clientèleAvantages du poste:Salaire de base + boni discrétionnaire;Assurances collectives;Horaire allégé durant les fêtes;Trois (3) semaines de vacances + 3 journées personnelles;Possibilités d'évolution;Horaire d'été;Environnement stimulant ou tous sont considérésExigences du poste:Posséder au moins deux (2) années d'expérience en service à la clientèle;Connaissance Ms Office;Être bilingue afin de pouvoir communiquer efficacement avec les clients dans le reste du Canada;Présenter des aptitudes de leadership
