Responsabilités:
• Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes, y compris les e-mails, les appels téléphoniques et le courrier;
• Gérer les tâches administratives, telles que le classement, la génération de rapports et de présentations, la préparation pour les réunions et le réapprovisionnement des fournitures;
• Fournir un soutien en temps réel pour la planification en réservant des rendez-vous et en évitant les conflits;
• Effectuer des activités de comptabilité, telles que la facturation et le suivi des dépenses;
• Faire des suivis par rapports au service à la clientèle
