One of our global manufacturing clients is looking to bring a sales coordinator onto their Vancouver, Canada team This person will be supporting their sales team with day-to-day business needs and reporting account information within SAP, SFDC, DASH, and other internal systems. They will be reporting and maintaining accurate and efficient data such as enrollment and record creation, customer pricing through Off List Pricing, Co-op’s, accruals, and rebate programs. They will support business needs of strategic/key accounts, WD/DC, jobbers, etc. through timely communications including: record management and reporting, auditing, rebates, and payouts. They will also be assisting with the coordination of onboarding and offboarding of strategic accounts. This includes setup and managing customer hierarchies, reviewing records, audits, and customer service. Other responsibilities include: asset control, reporting and auditing, preparing, issuing, and managing equipment purchase orders, assets and records, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and a friendly personalityMust Haves:5+ years of experience as a program coordinator, account/sales coordinator, or executive assitantProven success within a client/customer facing role.Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PPT, Excel)Authorized to work in Canada.Plusses:Familiarity with “do it for me” (DIFM) automotiveExperience working in the "Heavy-duty" market/ industry
