**12 Month Contract - Warranty Administrator (Bilingual)**

**Reporting to: Warranty Department Manager**

Location: Currently Hybrid (office & home) - Mississauga ON

**The Opportunity**
- Experienced Post Sales Customer Experience Rep that is highly customer-oriented.
- Outbound/inbound calling (20 to 30 calls per day).
- Answering warranty inquiries using Service Bench and other tools to both internal employees and external customers.
- Assist with or process product registrations.
- Assist with warranty report auditing.
- Ensure all warranty claims are properly entered, reviewing claim criteria needed by the factory/distributor is complete/correct.

**What You Offer**
- Bilingual in both English and French
- 2+ years of strong administrative/customer service experience with warranty administration, first tier administrative technical help desk, ideally in the HVAC industry.
- College Diploma with studies in business, computers, or administration.
- Computer literate, specifically Word and Excel (Service Bench experience would be a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer focus with experience handling calls in a call center environment.
- Top notch communication skills to respond effectively to internal and external customer inquiries, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork and follow-up.

- Représentant expérimenté de l'expérience client après-vente, très orienté client.
- Appels sortants/entrants (20 à 30 appels par jour).
- Répondre aux demandes de garantie à l'aide de Service Bench et d'autres outils aux employés internes et aux clients externes.
- Aider ou traiter les enregistrements de produits.
- Aider à l'audit du rapport de garantie.
- Assurez-vous que toutes les réclamations de garantie sont correctement saisies, l'examen des critères de réclamation requis par l'usine/le distributeur est complet/correct.

**Ce que vous offrez**:

- Bilingue en anglais et en français
- 2 ans et plus d'expérience solide en administration/service à la clientèle avec l'administration des garanties, un service d'assistance technique administratif de premier niveau, idéalement dans l'industrie du CVC.
- Diplôme d'études collégiales avec études en affaires, en informatique ou en administration.
- Connaissances en informatique, en particulier Word et Excel (une expérience de Service Bench serait un plus).
- Une grande attention aux détails est essentielle.
- Compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler dans un environnement d'équipe au rythme rapide avec un minimum de supervision.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, avec de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Orientation client exceptionnelle avec expérience dans la gestion des appels dans un environnement de centre d'appels.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients internes et externes, en mettant l'accent sur le professionnalisme, le travail d'équipe et le suivi.
