Nadine International Inc. is a multi-discipline engineering firm located in Mississauga, Ontario. We currently have an opening for a self-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to play a key role in growing and expanding our client base.
We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who will be reporting directly to the President of the company. The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be to provide reception duties and administrative support as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform reception-like duties: Greet guests/vendors, answer calls, and direct enquiries in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls to support clients with our Facilities Condition Assessment Program (FCAP) system.
- Maintain the filing system, both hard copy and electronic.
- Typing, proofreading and formatting of reports, specifications and other correspondence as needed.
- Assist all departments in the office with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Be highly organised, able to handle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Be self-motivated, proactive with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project).
- Reliable and committed.
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, grammar).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a definite asset.
- Post-secondary education is a MUST.
