  • tsCollege or University graduate with a focus on Human Resource
  • s.Ideally, minimum 5 years related training and experience and be an individual of executive ability, able to select and guide staff, and to contact and make use of expert advice where necessary to ensure achievement of Corporate and plant goal
  • s.Experience in the field of automotive manufacturing is an asse
  • t.Demonstrated experience must contain strong organizational, communication, administrative and time management skill
  • s.Successful candidates must demonstrate strong computer literacy, including experience with all office applications with an emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet applications, internet communications and presentation
