- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expendituresSupport for persons with disabilities
- Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities Support for newcomers and refugees
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognitionSupport for youths
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youthSupport for Indigenous people
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations Support for mature workers
