We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills
Experience:
  • 0 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with live chat software is a plus
