Job Description:


Nutrien is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia for remote work. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to work independently.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 5. Work closely with the customer service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures related to web chat support.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 6. Must be able to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity. 7. Basic knowledge of web chat software preferred.
