We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at Michipicoten, an Canada owned company that has been in operation for 8 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Auditing and refining live chat interactions to ensure that our customer service standards are being met
- Creating and managing rosters to ensure sufficient coverage of the live chat service
- Processing payroll for live chat team members
- Identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing solutions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, online customer support roles would be advantageous.
- Strong written communication and computer skills.
- A fast and effective learner.
- High attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Experience or working knowledge in a technology or software company would be favourable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.70-$22.10 per hour
