JOB DESCRIPTION:


DISH Network is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our growing team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. In this full-time associate-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to potential customers to drive sales. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.


REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and cooperation skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
