Seeking Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers across Canada, assisting with personal loans and providing a superior customer experience.

We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001, providing non-prime leasing and lending services through easyhome, easyfinancial and LendCare.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a superior customer experience during every interaction
  • Perform outbound or take inbound calls to offer pre-approved personal loans that match customer needs
  • Respond to customer questions and requests through telephone, chat, and email
  • Identify customer needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and French
  • 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
  • Financial services background is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Full time availability to work on site
