About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Lendcare team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strive to achieve first call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Empathetic and compassionate with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to learn new software programs.
  • Ability to work full-time in our office in Pickering, ON.
Operational Hours

Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
