Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strive to achieve first call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Empathetic and compassionate with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to learn new software programs.
- Ability to work full-time in our office in Pickering, ON.
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
