Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading supplier of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our head office is in Cambridge, Ontario.

We are currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer support through a variety of tasks including but not limited to developing new leads, making outbound customer calls, preparing quotes, inventory control, completing sales initiatives and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate should be driven to grow the business and increase sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide product solutions for customer inquiries
  • Developing new sales opportunities.
  • Communicating and developing relationships with customers via email and phone.
  • Make outbound calls to stimulate sales
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed all internal Sales Metrics (Calls per week, Sales quotas)
  • Managing orders and ensuring on-time delivery while providing customer support.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department.

Qualifications

  • College degree/diploma in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment (manufacturing preferred).
  • Prior Inside Sales experience is required
  • Experience with ERP would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
