We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Cintas. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service Sales Representatives to increase direct sales with rental customers and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Source, create, and send quotes for apparel, hard goods, and premium incentives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Manage house accounts, overseeing orders from start to finish and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot receiving errors and ensure prompt resolution to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Design and create mockups for customers, ensuring accuracy and meeting their specific needs.
  • Deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work closely with decorators to ensure logo details are correct and meet customer requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.
  • Track and analyze weekly sales and decorator invoices, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Support promotional activities and contests, contributing to a positive and engaging customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
  • Work location: In-person, with opportunities for remote work as needed.
