Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Service Sales Representatives to increase direct sales with rental customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Source, create, and send quotes for apparel, hard goods, and premium incentives to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Manage house accounts and oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot receiving errors and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide support with shipping and receiving as needed, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Design and create mockups for customers to visualize their promotional products and ensure logo details are accurate.
- Deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with decorators to ensure accurate logo details and meet customer expectations.
- Identify and pursue new leads from the sales team to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Track and analyze weekly sales and decorator invoices to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotional campaigns and contests to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required for this role.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a promotional sales environment.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
- The work location is in-person, requiring regular attendance and collaboration with the sales team.
