Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Sales Representatives to increase direct sales with rental customers and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Source, create, and send quotes for apparel, hard goods, and premium incentives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage house accounts, overseeing orders from start to finish, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Troubleshoot receiving errors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions to our customers.
- Provide coverage for shipping and receiving when needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Design and create mockups for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver customer orders when required, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Work closely with decorators to ensure logo details are correct, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Handle new leads from the sales team, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Track weekly sales and decorator invoices, providing insights for sales growth and optimization.
- Assist with promotional activities and contests, driving sales and engagement.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience is preferred.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Work location: In-person.
