Inside Promotional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Promotional Sales Representative to join our team at Cintas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Service Sales Representatives to increase direct sales with rental customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Source, create, and send quotes for apparel, hard goods, and premium incentives to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Manage house accounts and oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot receiving errors and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support with shipping and receiving as needed, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Design and create mockups for customers to visualize their promotional products and ensure logo details are accurate.
  • Deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with decorators to ensure accurate logo details and meet customer expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new leads from the sales team to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Track and analyze weekly sales and decorator invoices to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of promotional campaigns and contests to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a promotional sales environment.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
  • The work location is in-person, requiring regular attendance and collaboration with the sales team.
