What you will do
  • Be the primary contact for the CEO of Zurich Canada.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Manage budgetary activities for the CEO's office including submissions and expense monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team on CEO communications.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure predictable attendance and availability as needed.
What you bring to the table

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma with 10+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a multinational setting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and professional in interactions.
