Job Summary

This is a highly confidential and dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational and administrative skills to provide support to the Chair of the Board and the Corporate Secretary's Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Board Chair, including calendar management, preparation of confidential materials, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, and media interviews for the Board Chair and directors.
  • Manage RBC-related Board of Directors activities, including scheduling onboarding sessions, recruitment interviews, and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person Board and Committee meetings, including IT support and executive dining.
  • Provide routine correspondence to the Board of Directors on behalf of the Corporate Secretary's Department.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Minimum years' experience
  • University degree or diploma in business or administrative studies
  • Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel technical skills
