Sales Operations Manager job requires a data-driven professional to drive commercial sales excellence, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work with SAE Managers, RSMs, and IT to develop and maintain KPI, CRM, and BPI dashboards. You will drive commercial sales excellence, reporting up to the CCO. Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving Data-Driven Sales Productivity Improvements:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to drive productivity and effectiveness
    • Develop and execute internal sales training for best practices, CRM
    • Execute quarterly SAE benchmarking for cross training and best design and engineering practices
  • Driving Data-Driven Opportunity Assessment and Decision Making:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
    • Support strategic planning initiatives, insights, and recommendations
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop and support business strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in market development, sales, or business
  • Strong data-driven background
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data, KPI, and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and BPI
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related
  • Experience with building and maintaining CRM and BPI dashboards to drive commercial excellence
